"This property is beautiful and the host was very responsive. We were in town for a funeral so unfortunately wasnt able to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked to. The view is breathtaking, we saw deer, wild turkeys, swans and more. I would suggest kids 8 would be better suited. I had to chase my little around to ensure they weren't touching or playing with any of the decorations. Plenty of bathrooms and counter space. No cell reception but the Wi-Fi worked throughout the whole home....

"This was one of many visits we have had to the Grove hotel in the past 10 years. This was the best of all by far. It's clear that operations have massively stepped up. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff inviting. We can't wait to come back."

"The hotel is on the older side but beautiful! They are renovating, but I love that the building is so classic, the lobby is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The room was comfortable and clean. Really liked the shower! Staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Standard room was clean and nice but without a microwave(didn’t know that). It was clean and no bugs bothered me. Staff was polite and friendly too. I didn’t take any breakfast here by my kid Liked it. No idea about the bar. Overall worth staying if have business nearby. Applebee opposite is costly though."

"Peter was super nice, great communication, yes as others have mentioned, he does live on premises but you don’t see him unless you seek him out so you have plenty of privacy.You couldn’t get a better location.And bonus is pantry is right next store which is perfect for bagels and coffee and anything else you need."

"The place is great location great and set up fabulous, BUT a few things need work on that property. The back sofa outside is filled with mold. I had to hose it down just to get rid of the smell.the planters outside are falling apart and can be dangerous with little kids. the dryer also would sometimes make this screeching loud noise i could rarely use it. Lastly, around the outside of deck needs a thourough spring cleaning. The place is great if they would upkeep it. I will have to look for another house a bit cleaner for next year. it is still a great place but more for people who dont care about above."

"The home was nice and spacious and exactly what was described. Our favorite room was the family room upstairs, it was large enough for us to host another family for a bbq dinner. Another plus was having two AC controls for the upstairs and downstairs and the number of full bathrooms. The host was quick to respond and resolve my concerns which I greatly appreciated. I loved the location because it was close to the restaurants and shops which meant we didn’t have to walk a dark gauntlet back home after dinner. Overall, the home was lovely and comfortable and we loved our stay!"
