「This property is so tidy throughout and William the host was welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are large, the price affordable for a layover to catch a ferry Every necessity was thought of for the type of guest William receives. 10 of 10… not fancy, doesn’t pretend to be and super linens and clean. The continental breakfast was an additional surprise. Thanks William. We’ll be back on our next ferry crossing. 」

「I was given a code to get into the home and greeted by the two dogs who jumped on me as I entered, one dog jumped onto my Left arm that started bleeding due to dog tearing my skin. I went to bathroom washed it, applied toilet paper to get it to stop bleeding , found two bandaids in my car. I met the owners later that day outside and mentioned it to them. Later my friend showed up we went to dinner, came back, the dogs greeted us again, jumping on us. we got up the next day to go to our bike...

「Very bad experience. We left the hotel since the bed was terrible. We escalated to onsite manager and she acknowledged the bed condition and mentioned they had ordered new matrices. However, we had to drive back to NYC since it was not possible to sleep at all. We escalated to Expedia and requested a full refund. There was also an issue with temperature - room was extremely cold and manager suggested to provide us with a heater. However, we didn’t take this option and drove back home. We...
