「The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer...

「The flight was awesome. The location was perfect, a three minute walk from the DeKalb subway station. Only about 25 minutes to Manhattan.Is great, and we found a couple of great secondhand stores nearby. The market that is on the corner is fantastic. Everything was great.」

「What a cute little place! Perfect for our 3 day getaway. Our host Deirdre could not have been more accommodating! She was available all the time and very helpful with giving us lots of information. Although we didn't use it she had everything you needed for the beach. Easy to find and close to the beach and boardwalk ( 3 blocks ). Looking forward to a return trip!」

It is summer and place has air-conditioning but only in the main area with no fans so stuffy in the bedrooms - if you have travel fans, bring it.Heads up, they changed the siding and it is light grey, no longer yellow.Also, something I forgot to look up before hand, no iron or steamer.」

「We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. There is a ton of great food spots all over Rockaway Beach and the High Tide is close to many of them (recommend Uma's, Claudette, Roasters, Bungalow Bar, Tacoway Beach, the decadent frozen pina colada at Connelly's, and pretty much everything at Beach 98 and Beach 105). "部屋は綺麗で、コンパクトですが使いやすかったです。冷蔵庫の無料レンタルなどレンタル品がたくさんあります。ホテルの周りには飲食店や早朝から深夜まで開いているスーパーなども有り、とても便利です。マンハッタンまでも地下鉄ですぐです。 NYCを訪れるときはまた利用したいです。"

"眺望もよく、清潔なお部屋でした。連休初日の宿泊だったため、宿泊客がロビーまでごった返して居て、フロント手続き、朝食会場は、ずっと混雑して居てキャパ不足が露呈していた。無料朝食は、お得では有るが、他ホテルと同じレベル。全体的にプレミアム感はなく、バジェット系を少し清潔にした感じ。"

"初めてのニューヨークでしたので、帰りの日の空港までの移動が不安でしたが、ホテルの方がタクシーを手配してくださいました。タクシーの運転手さんは、ピックアップの時間をしっかりと守ってくれましたし、運転も安全、金額も安心、何ごとも問題なく非常にスムーズに空港に到着することができました。本当に助かりました。（約50分位かな？）ホテルから歩いてブルックリン橋まで行けましたし、地下鉄でマンハッタンまですぐでした。ロケーションもとても良かったです。"
