「Was in 4/11 kept hearing banging, elevator near us was out of use, elevators little shaky and unkept. No phone in room, problem with keys. Ice machine on level 4 out of service. Parking lot towards rear not well lit. Bathroom in 4/11 was cracked and bathtub had rust. I am aware of the renovations and I am grateful but definitely am not satisfied with the room I received」

「Good」

「Excellent motel」

「I thought an ordinary motel. However, the room was clean and the bath room was good. Especially the breakfast seemed very nice because they served fresh-looking bread, muffin with cheese, etc.(I didn't eat it though). The staff was kind. Especially the lady who served breakfast was very considerate.」
