"The staff was very helpful. Their English is very good. The hotel provided an iron and ironing board on request. Also loanes us an electrical adapter, note- swiss plugs look like German outlets but much thinner prongs. Concierge helped us purchase train tickets. Breakfast was very good with many choices. If you dont see it ask...and leave your room key on the table if you get up, so they know you're returning. Street car is a block away. Lots of stores on Banhoff Strasse. I would stay again."

"We enjoyed our stays at Leonardo Hotel. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but we did stop by the bar for a nightcap. The bartender was very nice. There were only two things that could use improvement. First, we were given a LARGE room the second time we stayed but it was an accessible room and the bathroom was, well, challenging. The toilet was hard to get to and the no-ledge shower leaked everywhere. Second, we used the parking facility...
