"Great location! Good breakfast. Close to train station and Old Town Zurich. The only thing is that it does not have air conditioning and it was hard to sleep since the room was hot and humid."

"We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent and within walking distance of several great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. The only downside was the air conditioning. If you prefer to sleep in a cold room, it may not be ideal since it's a portable plug-in unit and the room stayed quite warm at night. Also, if you book through Expedia, keep in mind that the complimentary Expedia beverages do not include alcoholic drinks. Overall, it was a good stay. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room clean, and I would consider staying here again."

"The room was very clean and stylish. The staff was helpful and courteous except for one issue. The air conditioning unit only room barely functioned so it was super hot. I asked for another room they told me a had one of the only rooms with air conditioning. The unit was old and barely worked at all. I was on the 6th floor and it was very hot. Other than this my stay was fine. The unit should be repaired or replaced."
