Friendly staff. Location was good. Only a 20 minute walk into Zurich Centre. There was also 2 tram stops nearby. The room had everything we needed. The shower was a bit rubbish and flooded easily.

Though short, my stay at Crowne Plaza was excellent. From the ambiance, to check-in, to the room. What stood out to me was the little things, the complimentary glass bottles of water provided and a kettle which made a non coffee drinker like myself really grateful. The location is very central and it was easy to get the tram and buss to move around. I will stay again and I highly recommend.

Good hotel and lovely staff

We spent three nights here and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was excellent for the Letzigrund Stadium. Easy to travel by tram and bus around the rest of the city too. The beds were comfortable (although the pillows could be better!) and our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet.
