The team welcomed us well, we noticed in interxonnecting door that would be great to have open but was key locked, on speaking to reception it’s was not a problem and in no time a member of the team was in and opening. They recommended a great place to eat on our first evening after a long day of travelling. Coupled with amazing views we had a great stay thank you.

the place its self is about 25 min from town. but the train you take to the area is the one that reads ZOO or line #6 Zurich the breakfasts and food at the HOTEL were 100% Delicious. Loved the Sorell Boutique in Zurich. Absolutely beautiful area and views. Easy to get into downtown Zurich using the tram from the zoo. Super staff! Loved our waiter, Oliver, who took our breakfast order. So professional and friendly. Our room was just perfect for our first 2 nights of our two week trip to Switzerland.
