"I didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock. But staff quickly fixed the mistake reassured me and that was it. The only issue and fixed so quickly. Was done to a computer glitch so nothing to do with staff who were all lovely. "Do NOT stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Zurich!! It smells really bad inside, loud creaky floors, no elevator, no A/C, no safety latches on main door. This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake. The floors in the bedroom/main area are creaky and very loud. There...

"Staff was extremely helpful in getting our room ready early which was really appreciated as we were travelling with our 8 month old daughter. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Nice, clean room. We could really have used a fridge to store baby food and an aircondition unit as the room got very hot during the day. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints "
