Hotel Adler was very convenient to everything we wanted to see, comfortable overall, very clean and had free water. Best of all, though was the staff, which could not have been more helpful or friendly, especially Maya. Highly recommend.

Really nice hotel. Older style, but clean, well kept, and the staff were all lovely. It's in a fabulous location right in the old town and it took me about 15 minutes to walk there relatively slowly, from the station, so location wise, couldn't be better. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Zurich.

The room was spotless! The front desk team was outstanding each interaction friendly, knowledgeable and participants in making the stay excellent. The location is just wonderful in old town — and also the morning breakfast staff was superb — I am guilty of not remembering the name of one young man who helped me each morning, but at the time the only young man working deserves a special shout out for his hospitality! Look forward to returning !

Loved the convenience and location, we walked everywhere. The staff was welcoming and the access to bottled water without a charge, much appreciated for by this American. We had a great fondue dinner at the restaurant and breakfast both days we stayed. No complaint and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Great restaurant downstairs. Super convenient to shops and other restaurants in historic part of Zürich. The square gets a little noisy in the evening. But usually quiets down before midnight. I would highly recommend this hotel.
