Apartments in Disney's Maingate East for Rent

"Upon arriving to check in, the staff member at the front desk appeared uninterested and unprofessional. While I was simply zipping up my wife’s jacket, he accused us of saying he was being unprofessional, which was never directed toward him. This interaction immediately created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. After entering the room, the conditions were unacceptable. The bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. Additionally, we saw roaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. I understand this is a motel, but I have stayed here many times before and have never encountered conditions this poor. The lack of cleanliness and the negative interaction during check-in were extremely disappointing. I strongly urge management to address both the customer service and housekeeping standards at this property to ensure future guests do not have the same experience."

"Beautiful pool area. Lots of walking trails yhru out complex. Ease of checking in/out, plenty of parking, Beautiful pool area. really close to resteraunts, shops & 5 minute drive to entrance to Disney Parks & lots of great dining & shopping short distance. 5 to 10 minute drive. 1/2 milr from I-4 freeway, 20 minute drive to MCO Airport..Quaint Disney village of Celebration less than 1 mile for beautiful shops & dining."

"Pictures was nice on internet but the hotel looks old and outdated. Breakfast was good and good options."

"The room was absolutely spotless. It's clear that they take really good care of the property. And the staff was very friendly!"

"MB tub leaked into the MB. Staff repaired it .Added small blowers for the carpet that swished as you walked in it. Myself mother and son who has CP was told no other rooms we're avaliable. My mother is on a cane. The other bathroom had a lock on the staff could unlock. My son has to touch,open and go into every room. He can't help doing that. We asked they leave the key,so we could control that. They refused. The internet was out for about 12 or so hours. It was not pleasant. The pool area was great. I will end on a positive. "
