「We had no hot water our second day. waited for a long time and there was no change. Very disappointing. Also room was right beside maintenance room and it was very noisy. Room location was very poor, down a dark hall at the end of the hotel, and not adjacent to the central atrium. big room but felt it was dirty. Common areas were not maintained at all. never vacumed.」

「Overall great stay. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done every day and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and well tended to as far as keeping everything filled and fresh. Parking was fine. Two things that could use attention are the staff when checking in/out and the goofy barn style door for the bathroom. First, checking in. Person wasn’t very welcoming. 「We have stayed here twice in the past two years when visiting family in the area. It’s always reasonably priced for the area and gets the job done for a place to sleep. It’s not fancy but it works!」

「I found some of the area of the hotel not clean. Water filler on 1st floor needs a good cleaning. Same with the floor in our rooms shower. The outside of the shower floor pan needs a good scrubbing as well. We loved that there were no curtains in the room, but rather shades. No light leaking through in the morning. Scrambled eggs this morning g tasted like they were made from a mix, not real eggs. No pastry offerings either, just bread and bagels. Disappointed in that.」
