"Getting here was easy, right off the freeway by the mall. The lobby is nice, and check in was easy. Worth noting to check conferences happening here, was very busy during my stay. "

"It was weird that I had to pay immediately upon check in and then still had a $50 hold put on for incidentals. Every other hotel in the world takes a card to put on file, puts a hold on for incidentals, and then charges for the room at check out. Very weird, but I guess it all worked out. Probably won't stay again though."

"Stood for one night for a birthday celebration and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. We called the front desk to request two comforter because the comforters on both beds were stained. They brought two of them up promptly, which I appreciated, but one of the comforters still had visible stains, which was very disappointing. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable, and we both woke up in pain. The indoor pool was another letdown—the water appeared cloudy and didn’t seem well-maintained. The room temperature was also an issue. Even with the heat set to 74°F, it felt more like air conditioning, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. On a positive note, the 2 beds and TV stand looked newer and well-updated (NOT the mattresses), showing that some remodeling has been done. However, it seems incomplete. Parts of the room still felt outdated, and the hallway had an unpleasant smell that clearly still needs remodeling. Overall, for $300 per night, the stay did not feel worth the price."

"I had a good stay overall this weekend. The hotel is in a very convenient location, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The property itself was nice and well-kept. The only downside was the noise—both at night and early in the morning there was a lot of stomping and loud activity from other guests, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, a positive experience, but the noise level could definitely be improved"
