Security system failed regularly causing loss of time and personal risk due to waiting for access by others late at night on the street and in the lobby. Sofa collapsed first day we arrived, could not use until host could coordinate a time to replace it. Will not book or recommend again "

My husband and I had tickets to an event at The Riverside Theater and ate dinner right next to the apartment at The Swingin’ Door Exchange - everything within walking distance! So convenient! The restaurant was a super cool atmosphere and so delicious! I would definitely stay here again!"

"In the 3 days we stayed, not once was our room cleaned or made up even though we were away for most days, leaving before 9 arriving back at hotel a 5:00p.m. our room had not been cleaned. I gathered up trash and took it to the housekeeper. We never had dry towels nor a bed even straightened. No breakfast available. No staff to help get luggage to room if we wanted help. The valet service was excellent. Our car was available when we needed it even parked out front for our 6:00 a.m. departure. Dinner on 2nd floor was adequate although not $150. worth. Service was very good."
