「My car was hit and run in the parking lot and I told the desk staff. They were WONDERFUL. I knew there was nothing they could do, but they were very apologetic! Maybe you should put cameras in the back parking lot.」

「This property is going through a renovation currently. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. Once the upgrades are complete the rooms will be topnotch! They need to get rid of the stickers on the floor and plexiglass barrier at check in. Coronavirus was here for 1000's of years before 2019 and the lab produced version since, is here to stay...it is what it is! Maybe it is a regional phobia that persists as several employees and patrons were wearing...

「We stayed here our wedding night and the staff could not be more accommodating with early check in. I have never stayed in any hotel that was this incredibly clean and in good condition. The outdoor area is breathtaking and immaculately cared for. Convenient location outside the hustle and bustle of Lake Geneva, but only a few minutes away from everything. Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and I could not recommend enough.」

「Very historical place, there are remodeling and doing a great job, very clean, everything you need right on the property. The manager Eric, is very nice and accommodating. The restaurant on site has very good food and the service is excellent to hidden gem」

「Best place in Lake Geneva」

「The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to restaurants, shops and lakefront trails. The room was very clean & the front desk staff was friendly & helpful. The outdoor patio was a great gathering place for our friend group of 8. My only complaint was the noisy heat & ac unit.」
