The apartment sleeps two with a comfy queen bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Parking: - Reserved parking is not included in this listing - Free street parking spaces are available directly outside the building, with 2-hour time limits from 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. Early check-in: - We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee - Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in - All requests are subject to availability
Requirements: - Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). 5. Quiet time after 10pm. 6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion. 8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. 9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
