"Loved the stay! Loved the vintage feel, the amenities, coffee and little kitchen. Location is amazing. The only thing is the walls are very thin. Heard some dude railing his girl next door for an hour from midnight to 1am. I might as well been in the damn room with them. Sandwiched my head between two pillows, which were comfy, but does not stop sound. Wish I didn’t know that they went three full rounds but hey, walls are not an easy fix. I got my revenge tho. Woke up for the marathon at 5am and blasted my music as loud as I could. Anyways, def coming back again next year!"

"We had a disappointing experience at this property. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean. There was significant dust throughout, garbage left in drawers, and visible buildup under the bed. In the bathroom, conditioner leaked out of the dispenser and appeared to have been left for some time.More concerning were maintenance and safety issues, including dangerous wiring in a wooden built-ins and a bird nest inside the bedroom AC unit, with birds actively entering the apartment.It is our opinion that the condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations for a short-term rental.We would recommend that the property be thoroughly cleaned by a professional and that maintenance issues be addressed before hosting future guests."

"The home was spotless upstairs and down with all of the amenities. Next time we are going to have to stay longer to find time to use the hot tub, corn hole game and yard bowling alley. The house is only steps away from the main street where we found anything we wanted from restaurants, to a grocery store and a few taverns. We walked the dog to the lake from the house. We look forward to visiting again in the future."

"Beautiful 100 year old home with a lot of space for our large family. The shared driveway had parking behind the home for three cars. The neighborhood felt safe. Host replied promptly to all communications. The kitchen had the necessities. Each bathroom had soap, shampoo, and tissues. The laundry room had detergent and extra towels and sheets.We stayed during the coldest weather in 6 years and the home is 100 years old, so the home had cold areas. The host supplied two space heaters: one for the laundry room to protect the water pipes and one to use in a bedroom. We could have used more heaters - some bedrooms went unused because they were too cold.We would definitely stay again, but only in the spring or fall."

"The owner/property manager was very responsive, but the heat in the master didn't work for 2 days. But it had everything we needed to have an impromptu Thanksgiving and was very convenient location. "

"Best Host Ever! Thank you.This Grand Home was perfect for our large family gathering. Never even used some of the fancy bathrooms in the lower level!! The area is walkable and beautiful. We are renting again!!"
