its a nice property, good bar/live music, and cool vibe overall. Service was nice overall. I had a difficult experience with the Valet service/ability to get my car back after I checked out. I called the front desk at 840 am, said I needed my car by 9 am. No problem they would have it out front. I get down at 905 - check out/pay for valet service, service agent is very nice, says working on it. I walk out and there is no one in front of the hotel/no valet and no car. I wait 10 minutes and go back inside, the agent says she will get a coworker to get it. Its now 915 and I'm going to be late for my appointment. The Front Manager comes out from behind the front desk area and asks me what is the problem/so passive aggressive. after explaining and figuring out she is the one that will go get my car, she asks what is my problem, and I tell her she is not solving my problem by quizzing me on my bad service, she then walked pretty slowly to get my car. The front agent agreed to waive my valet charge. 5 minutes later that front manager returns with my car, it was 920 by that time and I was late for my meeting. She did apologize and agree to waive the fee.
