ミルウォーキーの高級ホテル

「Ironhorse is located in Walkers Point. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Brewery and Distilly located almost across the street. Close to Harley Museum and American Familt Field. Very nice patio. We didn't eat at the restaurant because there were so many options close by. Parking can be a problem. Hotel only offers Valet parking. Lot and ramp almost next door are available for about half the price of valet. Check in was excellent. Desk staff was very helpful. Overall great location...

「Booked this place for a week and arrived on a Thursday. By Saturday night, the guests staying next to us were extremely loud and rowdy. They threw a party and blasted music so loudly that the walls were shaking from around 10 PM until 2 AM. I called guest services five times. Staff went to the room twice, and on the third visit they finally asked the guests to leave because they refused to stop the party. The rest of the stay was “okay,” but overall the hotel did not feel safe or well-managed....

「It was very nice most of all, but the receptionists are not that professional. VERY friendly though. とてもおしゃれなエリアで、車が無くてもご飯もショッピングも済みます。(このエリア外に移動する際には車がないと不便ですが…)夕方5時～6時にワインやビールのサービスがあり、仕事での滞在でしたがこの時間にはホテルにいたい！と思えるようなサービスでした。 基本のプランにはバスタブはついていないので、バスタブがないとダメな方はタブ付きの部屋を予約したらいいと思います。」
