"Vanskelig å kontakte no.hotels.com angående avbestilling. Jeg har prøvd å avbestille et par ganger på grunn av sikkerhet av resie, men fikk ikke noe svar i det hele tatt. Måtte ringe hotellet om de hadde fått beskjed fra dere om avbestillingen. Og det var det ikke i det hele tatt. Vannet i svømmebassenget var veldig kaldt og ikke noe å bade i. Vårt første rom hadde et Air-condition anlegg som lekket hele tiden. Vi fikk bytte til et rom nærme, men det var konstruksjons arbeid rett ved siden av...
