Room was beautiful and bathroom had fresh Flowers in it! Staff and Manager Max very attentive and friendly. Location of hotel was perfect and within walking distance to many places. Will stay again!

I really liked the rooftop bar! Also my husband and I missed the airport bus and rather than having to wait the reception staff kindly organised for the bus to do an adhoc run :)
Every one of the staff especially Tuyen was incredibly helpful. All the reception ladies were also very good with tips on where to eat . The staff are the this hotel's best assets. The basement rooms were noisy with constant running water noises and cannot understand the need for see through glass ...
Everything about this hotel was excellent.. location, food, beds, decoration of the rooms, staff where attentive. I couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. You’d be crazy not to stay here, I’ll definitely stay there again.

lots of space. not enough amenities though. location a bit hard to find (all busy streets look the same)
