SKUFFENDE OPPHOLD

Vanskelig å kontakte no.hotels.com angående avbestilling. Jeg har prøvd å avbestille et par ganger på grunn av sikkerhet av resie, men fikk ikke noe svar i det hele tatt. Måtte ringe hotellet om de hadde fått beskjed fra dere om avbestillingen. Og det var det ikke i det hele tatt. Vannet i svømmebassenget var veldig kaldt og ikke noe å bade i. Vårt første rom hadde et Air-condition anlegg som lekket hele tiden. Vi fikk bytte til et rom nærme, men det var konstruksjons arbeid rett ved siden av vinduet. Og frokosten som var inkludert, var helt forferdelig på grunn av maten ikke var beregnet til europisk smak.

Good location, but thats about all

I first stayed at Phu Quy 2 three years ago. It was nothing flash then, and has slipped further since. A great location, being one building back from the beach road, but everything else is lacking. Staff, except the lovely sisters doing housekeeping, are surley and unhelpful. It appears as though guests are an inconvenience for them. Facilities are old and run down. It's a shame because it could be a really nice hotel. The bed is saggy and the ancient springs creak and groan. Breakfast is something you want to be early for. Once the Chinese have been through, the pickings are slim, and cold. I had a balcony room, with a great view, but with that comes significant noise from the busy street, which matches the noisy Chinese inside the place. My ultimate test. Would I book again? Nope. Lift your game Phu Quy 2.

Terrible experience!! Worst ever!!

I checked in on a Friday. Had a room with a small lanai, w/ocean view. About 8PM music started across the street on the beach with a loud boom box beat!! It went on until 2AM!! Was so loud it vibrated my room. The next day I asked to be transferred to a different room. They claimed the only be 3 floors lower but, the exact same location. Saturday night, the exact same thing!! Worst hotel experience I've ever endured...Monday night there was no boom boom music & was okay. I would never stay there again & if anyone did I would make sure there will not be music across the street!

Terrible hotel

We come to the hotel, they said they didn't receive our booking, they said no room leff. After that, they inform to Firm that they were over booked, but not inform to pax. Then we have no room to stay but have to go around look for new hotel with price double up.

Nice location but room maintenance could be better

Water from toilet was running down the bathroom one evening. One staff was coming to repair the toilet and let the floor full of water. I had to ask him to dry the floor. The staff cames back to clean but when he left the floor was still wet and the floor towel was soaked with dirty water. Staff willingness to provide services has to be improved.

What a dump!

This place is a dump. I found a better place down on the street for the same price. The female manager was extremely rude to my friends. She threats to cancel our reservation, simply, because we asked for a room with working air condition. She told us take the room with mom working AC or leave with out a refund. Thus, it prompted me to look for other hotels down the street with same price and better shape than this dump. I do not recommend to anyone to stay at this place. The breakfast is bad also.

Haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt....

Positiv war: Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Strand. Das Zimmer war groß und mit Balkon. Roller ausleihen klappte ohne Probleme. Negativ: Die Hotelbilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Liebloser, merkwürdig riechender Pool mit kaputten Liegen. Wir haben uns dann entschieden den Pool nicht zu nutzen. Frühstück immer ein Krampf: mussten jeden Morgen das untereinander quatschende Personal bitten Essen nachzulegen. Häufig waren Dinge einfach komplett aus. Butter bekam man nur auf Nachfrage und dann auch nur ein kleines Päckchen für zwei. Besonders merkwürdig: das Personal war nur oberflächlich freundlich und deutlich mit sich selber beschäftigt. Mehrfach das Gefühl gehabt, dass über Gäste gesprochen wurde. Fühlten uns nicht willkommen, eher wie Störenfriede. Je freundlicher man selber versuchte zu sein, desto schlimmer wurde es. Fazit: das Geld nur sehr bedingt wert. Würden empfehlen ein günstigeres Hostel/Hotel zu wählen und evtl. weniger "Luxus", aber dafür freundliche Gastgeber zu haben. Insgesamt ist Nha Trang aber auch einfach nicht empfehlenswert. Lieber außerhalb wohnen! Oder beim Backpacken ganz überspringen.

靠近海灘的好飯店

飯店離海邊很近，交通便利，四週玩樂飲食皆方便，海景房風景很好，有獨立陽台，可惜隔音略差，可以聽見在走廊講話的聲音，早餐菜色較為一般，樣式不多，但是味道尚可。

Good bang for the buck!

Room was clean and spacious. Location is perfect as the beach is just across the road. Breakfast buffet was good, but be sure you arrive early. I think you get more than you pay for in this hotel.
