"Good location if you want access to the beach. Most of the action in Da Nang seems to happen around the dragon bridge and that is 25-30 minutes walking, far less by taxi or Grab. The hotel breakfast is excellent, rooms are reasonable size and nice. The shower is hot with plenty of flow but please just put in a shower screen - we had a flood of water through the bathroom.
