The buffet breakfast was good for the size of the hotel,. The staff are awesome, nothing was ever a problem. The pool bar on the top floor was great. The rooms were clean and functioning. The price of the hotel was great too. The beach is right across the road with great restaurants and drinks. Local vendors on the street next door.

Extremely welcoming Staff

This was my third stay with the Seashore and I could not be more pleased. The service, attention to detail and the friendliness of the Staff is awesome. Everyone is accommodating and work hard to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free. The breakfast buffet changes everyday so it is not always the same things offered. You cannot go wrong staying here.

The staffs are warm and friendly. Room is clean and they are eco-friendly so the towels don't change for the length of my stay (1 week), which I think that's ok. Breakfast buffet has some variety and has good selection with slight variations daily. Tours offered by the hotel is also cheaper than what I had found online. Not forgetting they sent me a cake and birthday card for my birthday. What a surprise! Many thanks for the hospitality!

Great location, fantastic views excellent room.

We stayed here for a beach break after a four week trip around SE Asia. We booked a sea front balcony suite, which was the best option. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, it had a good size bathroom. But the views from the balcony were great. Towards the Lady Buddha one way and down town Da Nang the other. We had breakfast included, which was varied and we didn’t get bored over 12 night stay. The hotel has a pool and deck area which we thought to be cramped. So we used the beach instead. My only niggle was they wouldn’t accept a stamped postcard at the reception, but gave me an address of a post office 1km away. Location wise, it’s a taxi ride ($1.50-2.00) to the tourist bars and restaurants. But when you consider the $15 a night price difference it’s worth staying up there. Close to the hotel there are a few local restaurants, we tried 1 which was good but not not much choice, however at $4.00 for dinner for two, it was great value. We also used a local laundry place at the back of the hotel which was quick and great value, (it also saved a day’s laundry when we got home!) Across the road there’s a bar and snack place with loads of bean bags on the beach, there is also a lifeguard monitored swim area there. Getting about we used Grab taxis, they’re quick and efficient $15 one way to Hoi An, $3 to Vincom shopping mall or the dragon bridge and night market. If we return to Da Nang, I’d stay there again and recommend the Seashore Hotel to friends and family

Nice property located right on the beach so a great balcony view. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Staff are all helpful and breakfast is good. Only stayed one night but would return. Towards the top end of the beach so a walk to the restaurants and bars (western style). A little noisier but characterful at evening time when the locals come to the beach around the hotel and a little night market springs up.

Right across from the ocean, that was nice. The weather was awful during our two stays although that has nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel said in the ad it had a roof top bar, a gym and a pool. The “gym” was one bench with waits. And a few yoga mats, with no designated area and harped broken old pieces on the corner, please DO NOT advertise that you have a gym- you definitely do not. There was no roof top bar either, no bar at all just a few tables. And the pool was extremely small with no beds or places to lay out. Disappointing. The breakfast wasn’t catered to foreigners at all- no egg options or smoothie options, no pats or porridge - just Vietnamese food and sugary donuts. Also disappointing.

One Week Stay

We stayed at Seashore Hotel for six nights. The hotel is quite modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although right across the road from the beach, (an excellent beach) it is a long walk from the tourist part of town. Our check-in was great but we were not happy with our room as the bed was very hard, squeaky and the bathroom smelled as though someone had been smoking in there recently. Even a candle was burning on the floor to disguise the smell we are assuming. I complained of the situation and the manager was very good about finding us the same sea view room on a different floor. Our room was comfortable and there were plenty of movie channels for viewing later in the evening. The breakfast buffet was ok. The coffee was lukewarm everyday. Vietnamese coffee would be ably made to order each day but we found it to be too sweet. Eggs made to order but just about everything else was cold even though it was kept in warming trays. We tried to order Pho from the restaurant and both times we were told it was not available. The first time after waiting 1 hour for our order when they finally told us it was not available. They apologized several times (Once with some fruit sent to our room) about the situation. The rooftop pool and common area are great. The best thing about this hotel is that the staff is wonderful. We probably would not stay here again as it is a bit out of the way unless you rent a scooter or are prepared to pay for taxis.
