Very nice hotel with a great staff. We stayed four nights and Sen was our very helpful ”hotell guide”. Perfekt to borrow bicycles and go to An Bang Beach or Cua Dai beach.

The staff went over and beyond for my birthday. Upon coming down for their amazing buffet breakfast they hit a song and starting singing happy birthday to me and even brought out a cake for me. This was so thankful and greatly appreciated. Never had a more tenetive and thoughtful hotel staff before. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Each day was something different so you continuously got to try new foods each day. It was always very fresh and nothing processed. The cleaning staff was accommodating to our schedules and made sure to swing back around to clean our rooms. The pool had a nice view of the beach. The only think that could need improvement was the gym. Very small and equipment was not in the best condition, however my husband and I were able to still workout.

The staff and service were lovely! Very friendly and helpful! The complimentary foot massage was also really good. The biggest downside was that from the moment we walked into our room (also corridors outside our room) we could smell mould - having had major health concerns previously from mould this wasn't great. We left our door open at any time we were in the room to improve air exchange. With the climate there is probably little the hotel can do to truly remedy this, but for that reason we wouldn't recommend this property to people with health concerns.

3 night stay in Fivitel hotel

All the staff at this hotel are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was good with egg station and fruits together and toast with many other more typical Asian choices. I had a sore throat and cough and the lovely girls in the restaurant maid me honey and lemon tea each morning. The hotel is near the beach but unfortunately the weather was not beach weather so we didn’t use that or the pool. We hired a motor bike which Sen at reception organised for us. Although the hotel is not in the centre the hotel runs a regular bus service to Hanoi old town. There are also free bicycles you can use to explore.

From the time we stepped into the foyer we knew we had picked the right hotel. Sen and the team at reception could not be more helpful and they are a credit to this hotel. The room was cleaned daily, the breakfast has a wide variety for all tastes. The hotel has a private beach across the road where we spent many days. They have a rooftop pool which has an amazing view. They have a complimentary shuttle to The old town centre at 4:30 daily. We used the push bikes regularly to dinner 5 minutes down the road there are an abundance of restaurants. We even extended our time at the hotel twice. Again thank you Sen and the team for a memorable stay. We will be back!!!!

Sen and Mao levied the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. This was my first of several hotels during my time in Vietnam and by far my favourite due to the way I was treated, the affordability, and the view!

Great location

Very nice hotel situated in a quiet area very close to the beach. Got a very warm welcome from Ms Sen upon my arrival which made check-in a breeze. I would recommend this hotel if looking for some quiet time.

The property is dilapidated, the staff don't seem to care. The only thing going for it, is the view from the pool, but sadly tiles are falling off and very sharp edges on pool floor and surrounds Well below average. We also had to wait for almost 1 hour on arrival at the airport for the transfer that we had made sure to book in advance, Hotel staff blamed driver, driver blamed Hotel. not good enough after a 12 hour journey, had to make 2 phone calls to get someone to pick us up.

This was superb. Actually we planned to stay just 4 days but because the hotel was so nice and the staff so friendly, especially Lotus and Thy Thy :) we decided to extend our stay. It was so relaxing and perfect. Far away from then hustle and bustle of Vietnam. Breakfast was really good, the pool and private beach area as well. Just one small thing: please don’t change towels every day for economic reasons. Just let the guests decide when it’s time to change :-) If ever again in Hoi An we would definitely stay again.

Rooms were nice enough, but dining/room service was constantly closed. There is no spa as mentioned only a day spa. There is construction next door that starts from as early as 6am until 10pm at. Staff were very unfamiliar with their own facilities and when or what was open. But very friendly. Overall wouldn’t be likely to return

Staff and management were professional and with good language skills. Obliging and attentive at all times. Good breakfast buffet and free outbound taxi supplied to town centre daily.Distance to Hoi An was considerable and not an easy walk. Hotel itself seemed to be in an empty redevelopment area with not much going for it but a small pleasant beach. I had to complain about some very annoying plumbing noises that had obviously been ongoing for some time .Notwithstanding all this, it was a comfortable stay and the rooftop pool, though small was a treat.

Zimmer geräumig, Bett bequem. Alles hat funktioniert. Lage über die Straße zum Strand ca 2min zu Fuß, die Innnenstadt ist nur mit Fahrzeug zu erreichen, es gibt aber einen kostenlosen Shuttle service. Frühstück ist auch gut, gerne wieder.

Ein kleines aber nettes Hotel etwas abseits des Zentrum gelegen. Das Zimmer was wir hatten war ausreichend groß alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel bietet ein Kostenlosen hin und Rücktransport in die Innenstadt was sehr praktisch ist. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was uns weniger gefallen hat war die etwas zu harte Matratze und die Tatsache, dass das Zimmer sehr Hellhörig war. Der Lärm der Baustelle in direkter Nachbarschaft war auch nicht schlaffördernt aber dafür kann das Hotel nicht. Das Hotelrestaurant ist nicht schlecht es gibt aber genügend alternativen in der Nähe.

Nydelig opphold.

Nydelig opphold i Hoi An. . Nært strand og shutteltraffikk inn til gamleby1 på bare 10 min unna. Spesielt vennlig personal som hjelper til med alt mulig en har behov for. Rengjøring hver dag. Basseng med nydelig utsikt. Godt utvalg av mat tll frokostbuffe.
