"We had a great stay at Luxury Lotus. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had the most to do with Amy & Bobby who were wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. The breakfast has plenty of options and the afternoon tea pool side is a great way to relax. Rooms are spacious and right across from the beach. A lovely touch on international Women's day was staff presenting a flower to all the women at breakfast- a reflection of a hotel that genuinely cares about their guests. We would happily stay again "

"The staff was very attentive and always quick to open doors, which I appreciated. However, overall the hotel and customer service felt very mediocre for the price we paid. The photos online are misleading—they appear AI-enhanced and make the rooms look much more spacious than they actually are. In reality, the rooms felt smaller and more cramped. The bathroom setup was one of the biggest issues. There are no curtains or proper separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so every time someone showers, the entire toilet area floor gets soaked. On top of that, the room floors are extremely slippery, and the provided slippers actually made it worse, which felt unsafe. We stayed for 6 days, and unfortunately, it did not feel worth the cost. We were given connecting rooms for our family of four, which was convenient in theory, but the doorways were very narrow. At one point, my kids slightly moved the beds and we noticed the floors underneath were extremely dirty. Additionally, our bedroom was missing the full set of curtains, which affected both privacy and comfort. Overall, while the staff was kind, the hotel itself did not meet expectations."

"The hotel is clean, well kept and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good. The beach is across the street. Unfortunately, the noise and music from the beach night clubs, until late in the night, could clearly be heard from my beachfront room. The hotel provides ear plugs so this must be a common complaint. For me, I would select a quieter hotel next time and give up the beach view. "

"Really nice hotel if you like to see the Dragon bridge fire show. Hotel is clean and well kept. Balcony is really small, can only stand outside no chairs. But the view is great. Lots of restaurants near by, breakfast in the hotel was good "

"We booked this hotel for several weeks stay to be near the beach in Da Nang. Great location, however, the room had no closet storage, only a small hanging rack for clothes. We had to request more hangers and live out of our suitcases (we like to unpack while on vacation). The toilet and shower share the same sliding door (no true privacy). The shower had no shelves for toiletries or to hang towels. The sink emitted a sewage smell. There is no place to put a bar of soap while bathing in the nice tub (tub out in the open with no doors). The floors are concret with no coverings. The mattress was hard but we grew to appreciate it. The staff were very guarded to provide beach towels. The public spaces of the property were very nice and modern. The daily breakfast was delightful. But because of the aforementioned room limitations, we would not stay at this property again. To add insult, during check out, the staffs friendly disposition grew serious and we were told to have a seat in the lobby and wait for staff to do a final check through our room before we could leave the property. We were not expecting this delay as our driver had arrived to take us to the airport. They were fairly quick about it but I found it extremely embarrassing, inconvenient and rude. We will not be staying at this property again. There are lots of other just as nice options for equal or less money near the same area. "
