"Great hotel, I dropped it a star because of the construction - and of course, I got the room literally facing the construction site (I’m convinced this stuff always happens to me!) the staff were 10/10 though. Room was gorgeous. I might be harsh dropping it a star, because everything was amazing apart from the construction which isn’t their fault - just book a room on the other side if possible "

"This was the second time I’ve stayed here and it was just as lovely as the first. We had a room that overlooked the dragon bridge and the city. The rooms were clean and we had chocolate delivered every afternoon. A big thank you to the spa ladies who looked after us when the weather was bad 🌸"
