タウン オブ シピオ ホテル

「The staff were all excellent and the grounds perfect !! It was the perfect couple day get away !!! Love the wine tasting as well」

「One of our favorite places we have stayed anywhere. Such a unique "house". Loved the open floorplan and our three adult children each found their own spot to call their own. Great little community.」

「This farmhouse was exactly as described....rustic, with charm. It was a very nice, secluded area with the downstairs living space big enough for 8 of us.The kitchen was very updated as well as one of the bathrooms. My suggestions would be to clean up the back yard and gardens, which is very overgrown and needs some TLC. The outside of the house could also use some updates. Not all bedrooms have AC (unfortunately) and one of the showers is almost useless unless you are smaller than 5'. Perfect...

「The house has plenty of space. It is on a quiet part of the lake but close to wineries, breweries and Aurora, NY. Easy to make an afternoon trip to Canandaigua, Ithaca, Geneva, Skaneatles etc.」

「The house was beautifully done! The owners thought of just about everything you could need—board games, magazines, tissues, sunscreen, aloe, bandaids, firewood, etc. They also had two kayaks and life jackets of various sizes. There’s a great views of the lake from the house. There were lawn chairs and a table with chairs on the dock if you wanted to eat out there. There’s a hot tub next to the house as well. The bunk house is very nice! It’s a great place to stay!」

「Kishan is a courteous responsive host. Booking was confirmed promptly and message replies were timely. This is a cute cottage conveniently located near Long Point State Park (walking distance) and The Inns of Aurora (short drive to restaurant / spa). Also close to King Ferry Corner Store, a quaint shop for groceries / supplies / some local artisan items. Kitchen has dishes/cooking supplies necessary for meal prep and had a well-stocked pantry with cooking oil, spices, and some basic staples....

「We were there for a long weekend and a wedding at the Inn of Aurora. The location cannot be beat with easy walking to all events. The host Jacci is great and very supportive and easy to work with. The place is clean, came well provisioned and tastefully regionally and historically designed. 」

「Sunset Paradise was amazing and just what my family needed for a quick little get away. House was clean and so much for the entire family to do. Will definitely return.」

「Beautiful home, great stay and response from management team. Would definitely go again. Thank you!」

「The host was very helpful, and the location was perfect for a quiet reset. The neighbors were all very friendly and made my trip feel like home away from home. The kitchen was amazing and the entire place had a perfect flow for relaxing. I look forward to my next stay!」

「This obviously well-loved home was a great place for our extended family to stay during Cornell graduation weekend. It’s about a 35 min drive to campus, but we loved having lots of space to ourselves, the beautiful lake view, the cozy screen porch to hang out on, the fire pit to gather around, and a well stocked kitchen to help us with our meals (pro tip — we ordered from Wegman’s catering menu so we didn’t have to cook dinners). The home is well stocked, had lots of hot water for the 9 of us,...

「Great setup for extended family attending a family wedding」

「The property was pleasant and in very good condition. However, we experienced difficulty getting into the property because the key code in the door lock was unreliable. It often didn't work. The appliances in the kitchen were very good, but we had trouble with the dishwasher. Instruction sheets on how to use the appliances would have helped. My daughter encountered a ghost spider in the bathroom and that was unpleasant. The backyard had a nice firepit, and the house was very comfortable. ...

「Very clean and well appointed. Amazing lake view!」

「The property and the view of the lake were spectacular.」

「We stayed at this home for a local wedding and we were so happy with all time amenities and size of the home. We had a 4 yr old with us and their id a playground very close by that she loved. The host met us at the property, gave us a tour and pointed out local attractions. Very cute town with lots to do.」
