「So here’s what happened there was nothing really wrong with the actual hotel but when I took a shower and got out to use the body lotion that the hotel supplies, I pumped it out and put it all over my body and realized that it wasn’t the lotion it was the hand soap so I thought it was my fault I checked the other container and that was hand soap also so it was not my fault apparently the maids filled both container containers with hand soap, so unfortunately, after I was halfway ready for...

「The breakfast was above average!」

「Wow! What a gorgeous facility! I was in town for an event and only stayed for one night, but I’m so glad I chose the Inn. I didn’t take advantage of the amenities, but my room, in the Parkview, was large, clean, and so tastefully decorated. The large walk in shower and humongous jetted tub was fabulous! I was also greeted by friendliest young lady at the desk! This was my first stay, but I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended!」

「Just a beautiful romantic b and b in the finger lakes. We loved it!」

「Everything was dirty, broken or worn out. No one cleaned the breakfast area in the 2 days we were there. TV channels made no sense, numbers on the guide never matched the actual station, HVAC unit never stopped or started on the set temperatures. Ice machine broken, holes in the wall, broken towel racks, etc. This place needs a lot of work before I visit it again.」

「Check room. Nice staff」
