「Slight misty smell in reception - probably due to hot weather and drainage . Rooms very clean but dates these days . Coffee at breakfast has to be black with milk unless paying extra for cappuccino or latte etc . Breakfast food selection was good. Was expecting the room to have a coffee machine , or more upper class coffee bags .」

「The pros: The venue is beautiful, perfect for weddings. There was a wedding whilst I was there, and it looked fantastic. It was easy to get to from the old roan train station. Maybe 15-20mins walk. It was comfortable. Breakfast served at 8 was good and what was needed. There's a nice bar and restaurant to relax. The staff were helpful and very friendly. You could also chat with them which was good. The cons: It was difficult to work the shower. It all operated from the taps from the bath and...

「Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable.」

「I stayed at the Warwick, Southport from Friday 26th September - Monday 29th September during the British Musical Firework Championship 2025. Finding good-quality accommodation for a reasonable price during the weekend is almost impossible as establishments raise their prices as large numbers of people flock to the town for the weekend and many places selling out soon after the dates are announced. This is not my first stay, having come across The Warwick, Southport almost a year ago. 」
