Staff amazing reception staff informed us of everything needed to know very polite.lovely size rooms we had a problem.with ours went to reception and they changed our room immediately. Breakfast staff polite attentive and chatty made aware of all available on the breakfast bars.hotel clean throughout.10/10 from us.looking again for march for our big anniversary definitely recommend to family and friends.

Found a fantastic deal and got a great room. Literally right at the side of the train station and 5 mins walk to Blackpool Tower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the poo marks left in the toilet by previous guest, that really should have been cleaned and checked 😳
