「Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that. Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things. We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed. Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational. They could have at...

「Water park was closed and was put in the hotel across the street from the main building with everything in it.」

「Family style stays. Having a full size fridge is great. The washer and dryer are life savers when you have children on vacation. The kids had fun in the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. The only complaint s I had was the pull out couch. It was not comfortable. We did need to ask for extra blankets and pillows. The remote control for our televisions were not working, they either needed new batteries, programming or operator's. Third time I have stayed at Govners Crossing Resort.」

「The room was very large with two beds and a sitting area . It was very clean and up to date, the beds were extremely comfortable, we will stay there again.」

「Staff was very helpful. Room was very nice. Loved that it was not all long hallways. We somehow always end up at the ends a long way from the elevator.」

「We have stayed here a number of times. The facilities are fine. We were extremely disappointed this past time. We stayed there three nights and never did they pick up used towels and washcloths, or empty trash. We were told they did it every other day. Even when we requested service to our room the after the second night, nothing was done. Don't know if front desk or cleaning staff dropped the ball. With just myself and wife, we ran out of kleenex adter one night, out of body wash and shampoo...

「Loved the quiet room great bed and cozy sheets we enjoyed the 24 hr coffee and the breakfast in the morning was very good, the yogurt machine was great! We liked the 24 hr hot tub and indoor pool and the friendly staff.」

「This was a very convenient property for attending Dollywood. There were a few small things in the home that I would improve such as tightening the loose toilet that slams into the wall when you use it and add a blanket that fits the sofa bed, This home fits two people comfortably, but there was no room for our dog crate and we had to store our bags in the car since there is no where inside to keep it.」

「This was our second stay at this cabin. We had so much fun reconnecting. Such a relaxing environment and the owners left no detail out. We love this place. 」

「Beautiful and clean property. Breakfast was underwhelming, but rooms are well equipped with full fridge/freezer and very tiny microwave, coffeemaker, dishes and silverware. Very safe location. Nice fireplace, warm pool with a slide.」
