Elevator was out of service, upgrades on carpet in service, they locked me out of my room, somehow there needs to be a way of adding pet friendly when selecting the room, i choose a king bed and sofa, when i got there, because i had a pet i was given two beds and a chair. Room went from number 300 to 123. The second night of my stay, i was locked out of access to my room, i was worn out and tired, had to walk around to the front desk, young man said, oh no your in 133, i said my stuff was in 123, well after a couple of front desk trips, he finallly went with us, showed him 133 was empty and 123 had out stuff in it. Im glad no one got rid of our things from their error, we were worried about that.
