The area of the property we stayed in was older & outdated, unit did not have adequate lighting or enough utensils/items for cooking or food prep in the unit. Staff was welcoming & accommodating in regard to any issues we had, but also attempted to sell us their time share program, which we had no interest in.

I booked a two bedroom room with two queens and 1 king and a sofa bed. The room was exactly what my family needed. Everyday this property offers activities (morning, afternoon, evening) for all ages from Zumba, soda floats, craft kits to go, glow bingo by the pools, smores making, magic shows that have catered food, karaoke, moonshine tasting, wine tours just to name a few. This property has become my go to property I will book when come to the Gatlinburg.

It was a great place! The kids loved the playground, pools, and splash pad. I loved not having to leave the resort or pay extra for the kids to have fun.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. It was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Close to everything. Walmart was just up the road. Depending on what building you’re in you do have to drive across the road to get to the bigger pool and the game room. It is perfect for a family with kids of all ages.

We were pleased to realize the outdoor pool was open in April. Our teens loved the games room, mini putt and indoor/outdoor pools. Our room was pristine clean. We had the best stay.

The one pool was tacky feeling and very cloudy one on the night we used it. There was also a lot of hair floating in the pool (maybe a better filtration system) other then that we were very pleased with pour stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen was great for cooking a few meals with the family.

My family and I usually stay in a cabin but because of the high prices we chose to stay here. Wow we were very impressed. The condos were located close to everything, literally right across the way from Walmart, Tanger Outlets and the NASCAR Racetracks. The balcony was huge. The condo was huge. A lot of space for me my husband and two kids. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful and not too crowded. We were able to walk to the pool from our condo. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely do this again.
