"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"It was very clean and safe. Most of the food were not appetizing because it looked old and dry. Same menu everyday. (Buffet) Other restaurant in the hotel always reserve. Unwelcoming front desk staff. "

"The buffet was amazing! Service were really polite and fast! Only thing is if you stay at Riu Monte’s Bay you’re not allowed to crossover Palace or Reggae but yet Reggae and Palace can crossover to Montego Bay makes no sense. Other than that beautiful room and view don’t hesitate on booking this trip!"

"So many things to do. One thing that set this resort apart for me is that the actual resort offers Scuba diving, not to be confused with snorkeling(it is an additional cost but worth it), which I did not find at many of the other resorts. I also loved that everybody that was working there would go out of their way to greet you and were always very friendly or helpful!"

"Good place, great food, they don’t tell you that certain liquor that’s top shelf you have to pay for which is misleading for an all inclusive. There were a few times that I did see roaches. Other than that it was a blast. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced, staff was extremely friendly and willing to get anything you want. "
