「Rooms were nothing like what was displayed on Expedia website. Room was old, tired and not great. Marked walls, no backing on curtains, safe not bolted and cold be physically lifted, closet was merely a curtain hiding a hanging rack. Misrepresentation of what we paid for - not a great customer experience at all. Don’t trust Expedia websites or poor customer service. Tried seeking a refund but got nothing. Truely woeful and will never use or trust Expedia again - don’t use them ever.」

「Beautiful view from our room. Breakfast was served room service style. Lovely stay!」

「Excellent staff and close to downtown walking (15-20) mins」

「The balcony that was supposed to be a smoking area was reserved for private use without any notice and we could no longer smoke. I wish they would inform us of this.」
