「The rooms definitely need upgrades and proper maintenance. There were several damaged items that appeared to have been repaired superficially rather than fixed correctly. Additionally, many employees seemed unmotivated and greeted guests out of obligation rather than with genuine hospitality. I also experienced a frustrating situation when I reserved a restaurant for seven people. Customer service gave me passes for six and assured me that adding one extra person would not be an issue....

「I have been here five times absolutely love the place. My butler Antonio is the greatest. Also the manager Orlando they both go out their ways. The best restaurant is meats manager there. Santiago is awesome. The best restaurant the best bar Lambo bartenders are really good. I highly recommend getting the swim up even though they have plenty of seating at the outdoor pool.」

「We stayed at Bahia Principe/Esmeralda. $350 to “upgrade” our room was an absolute nightmare after 12-hrs of traveling with kids since check in took twice as long and went from a 2-bed room to a 1-bed room. The dinner reservations cleared out too so we were not able to try the steakhouse. Workers in the spa were arguing among themselves before entering our couples massage. Most of the hotel and restaurant staff was rude and need customer service training. The app glitches A LOT and not enough...

「Traveled with a group of 8 to the Mirage and had a great time. The staff are incredible friendly and make the experience very enjoyable. Our butler Fabio did an excellent job, while Juan and Daisy were spectacular at the pool. Would highly recommend the adults only swim up room.」
