「First time at this Hotel. Check in was great, the room was nice and clean. The bed was a little bit noisy. 」

「I was so impressed and pleased with my stay at Clarion Pointe Mattoon. From our check in until our departure, the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was so clean and updated. We stayed 2 nights and it was a very peaceful experience. We have stayed down the road at the pricier hotel and this stay was comparable to it, only the price was better! If I had to have something to mention, the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not have its own control. 」

「Front desk clerk was able to adjust my reservation, when I had entered incorrectly on-line. Kudo to him. Room was clean , bathroom could use some maintenance. Overall everything was good, But, Went to breakfast and most everything was gone. One piece of bread. some cookies. There was cereal and yogurt available.」

「Very clean accomodations & well appointed home with comfy beds & a wonderful, peaceful setting. It was exactly what we needed! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and also our quiet morning cup of coffee sitting on the porch & watching the birds. We were thrilled to have your sweet dog Chase come by to say hello!❤️ We gave him lots of love.」

「I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on a travel assignment and it was perfect for the price! The only thing that would have made it even better for a travel nurse that works night shift and sleeps during the day is to have some type of curtains up to keep the sun out while sleeping and a sitting table or desk to eat at otherwise it’s was perfect to just sleep which is what I really needed it for!!
