「My friends and family found this to be perfect lodging for our gathering. There are 3 common areas inside the house to gather. 3 bedrooms (one with full/twin bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms. What added value to this property is the proximity to the university (2.4 miles from the State Farm Center) 1 minute to a shopping center with a yogurt place, 6 min to a grocery store, and a neighborhood with walking trails. 「Cozy, but not cluttered, clean well appointed property. Close to our favorite bakeries, Art Mart and Sun Singer and a short drive to the Virginia Theatre. Soft sheets and duvets, fluffy adult size towels. Nice coffee bar and snacks. Comfy front and back porches extend the size of the home, beautiful back yard and paved off street parking, quiet treelined street. Excellent instructions and communication from the host. We will definitely book the next time we're in Champaign for an event.」

「Outstanding accessible room for our daughter and the hotel located us just across the hall (thanks!). The accessible room was great for a wheel-chair getting to either side of the bed and the roll-in shower and other bathroom amenities were quite nice. Overall, super experience.」
