"I stayed here for my birthday while visiting friend's in town. I booked the jetted tub king suite so I could take a nice relaxing bath. As I ran water in the tube it came out crystal clear but as soon as I turned the jets on dirt, debris, hair, etc began to come of the jets. This was disappointing because this was the main reason I booked this specific room. Other than that the room was huge."

"The hotel is nicer than it looks from outside the building. Room is spacious and clean, staff is very helpful, friendly. Hot breakfast is better than many higher star ones. They also offer free bottle water at check-out. Definitely will come back next visiting Champaign-Urbana area."

"Staff was very nice and was able to resolve a few issues we had-such as our key not working more than 24 hrs and 3rd towel disappearing from our room after being cleaned. Do know that policy has changed and there is no more "do not disturb" tags so the staff is coming into your room each day. This was annoying as anything personal (like computer/paperwork) had to be locked up in the car with us when we left, our 3rd towel disappeared everyday, and the trashcan I had in the bathroom always got put back in the main room. But if you are looking for a clean, large room with a comfortable bed to visit your University of IL student that is cheap, this is your place."
