「The hotel is amazing looking, probably one of the nicest looking in the area. The staff was average at best, the front desk woman was very friendly. The female staff we ran into seemed to have an attitude and wasn’t nearly as nice as the men employees. The pool situation was poor, try to reserve pool chairs 3 times online and the seats were not reserve even after many emails. The bar service was average around the pool. 「The St Regis Aruba,is a beautiful property. The service was a bit slow, and the seating accommodations on the beach as well as the pool were not great,they were hard no cushion . Although the resort was not packed ,bar staff had trouble keeping up with orders. The expectations of The St Regis Brand was not met here at this property in Aruba .
