「It would’ve been great if the hotel provided a shuttle to town daily it would make the property more appealing.」

「Reynaldo at the front door was amazing. He greeted us each time we came or left. Helped with parking and luggage. Answered questions about the hotel or nearby offerings. Was just "down home" friendly and seemed to genuinely care about us. I have a cousin who visits Aruba regularly and stays at the Ritz. I think that is indulgent when the Holiday Inn offers such a comfortable facility right in the middle of so many shopping and eating options.」
