「Very friendly staff 」

「This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Everything is so well designed and cared for. I loved all the thoughtful details — you can even borrow items like beach bags and snorkel gear from the décor! The garden and pool area are stunning, and the rooms are spacious, cozy, and comfortable. Breakfast each morning is delicious and charming, with plenty of healthy options. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and as a Latin guest, I really appreciated how they do an effort to speak spanish....

「Loved the size and space of accommodations. Housekeeping was very kind and professional. Staff was hit or miss. Location was fantastic, with both Passions beach front bar/restaurant and Horizons bar having great cocktails and food. I really wish you could get a poolside drink in the afternoon (can walk across the street and get one on the beach, I guess) Overall, the beachfront shade with direct access to the beach, and a quiet hotel that is still walkable or a 10 minute taxi to main areas is...

「The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and always available to help. The breakfast was amazing and Bucatini Market & Cubans dinner was fantastic. The beach being just across the road was very convenient and picturesque. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and even the families my wife and I saw there we’re having a lovely time.」

「4 days at the Boardwalk was great. Beach a short walk away and between the crowds at the Ritz and Marriot. Rooms, food, drinks, grounds all great, but the staff! I appreciated the help and friendliness of Jessica at the front desk, Coleen, Massy, Gerson, and Julen at Coco Cafe, and Sergio and Hakim on the shuttle. Other guests were also willing to smile and chat, making my stay so nice. Thank you!」
