「Convenient location, great communication, quiet area, beautiful premises」

「　築10年位でしょうか？少し古さは感じますが滞在には問題有りませんでした。 のんびりするには最適です。 　ホテルでは有りませんのでフロントも無いです。（チェックインの予定時間にはスタッフが待ってくれています） ですので何かあれば直ぐ対応とは言い難いですが（問題は無かったです）朝から夜まではスタッフが常駐していますので心配は要らないと思います。 ホテルライフがお好きな方やレンタカー利用でない方はお薦め出来ませんが 私は計5回目のアルバ滞在でしたが次回もここに宿泊するつもりです。 」

「Me gusto la ubicación, buen trato, la alberca. No me gusto que no hay una recepción como un hotel normal y que si tienes algún inconveniente no encuentras a nadie que te pueda ayudar」

「Nice place to stay, grocery store a short distance away. 25 min walk to palm Beach. I would recommend hiring a car. Small pool and jacuzzi but adequate. Barbeque area. Self catering. So bring your own beer.」

「Rosaline was very helpful during check-in and sharing recommendations for places to eat and providing a map of the island. The room was spacious and very comfortable for my family. The cleanliness of the property and room was excellent. We have no complaints. The staff was very friendly and made the stay pleasant. The coffee shop was convenient and the Mint tea was delicious. The kitchen was well lit and spacious with all things provided for us during our stay. The only drawback during our stay...

「Communication was amazing with the team. Outdated however very convenient with location, privacy, cleanliness, and rodents/insects/bugs free...the bed is uncomfortable ask for extra pillows....fridge, stove, shower etc. works well...cleaner/housekeeper nice and efficient...if wasn't for the bed...definitely would stay again...pool was cleaned during stay, but still got dirty due to wind blowing things in there and pump not on...」

「Location was good next to the supermarket, It was really clean , and every day the cleaning lady do a great job , the bed wasn’t comfortable and we didn’t had warm water in the shower, noise in the morning ,alarm at 7am .the kitchen is great, u can cook nice breakfast.」

「It was a nice hotel but it could be so much better. We had to struggle for a few days just to get a beach towel. The freezer froze everything even though it wasn't in the freezer. There was no screen on the window. We put a shampoo bottle on the windowsill of the bathroom and the wind blew it out and there goes our shampoo cuz there's no screen. It was pretty quiet. It would be nicer if there was more room service because you come back from the beach and of course you bring sand. There...
