"Book it... you will not be disappointed. The rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Their grounds were well kept anf the pool area was clean and amazing. The service from the staff was 5/5 stars. Super friendly and accommodating. They hold your luggage before and after checkin. The free drink kiosk was a sweet surprise. We enjoyed the coconut water ahd electrolytes. Room 5412 "

"Based off the lower rated reviews, I was not sure what state our room would be in & if I’d feel like we received our value for the money we paid. But, our stay at Parrot Key was everything we hoped it would be. We had a water view double queen room & it was clean w/updated decor & a private balcony w/seating. Others complained about having to ask for room service but when we needed our towels changed, we did as instructed & made our requests prior to 10:00am & by the time we got back each day, our towels were in our room. There were some negative experiences with the shuttle but we found the timing of the shuttle convenient to our plans & there were even two extra stops (7:00 & 9:00 pm) from Duval street that the shuttle driver of the day let us know about. There was a hiccup with the bill on check-out but they quickly worked to resolve the issue (although I did have to assist them in seeing the error). Just do your diligence. Great stay overall & recommend!"

"Perfect hotel kinda on the other side of the main area of key west but island is so small it still feels close. Theirs a shuttle that runs every 45 minutes sign up in lobby asap! We rented a golf cart from hotel that was so convenient. Its every close to keywest Airport which was so cool watching the planes fly over while in the pool especially when the sea plane fly over it make you really feel like your on a island in the middle of nowhere! The rooms are spacious the bathroom are very nice! Get a room with a pool view second floor with balcony its worth it! Staff was very friendly at front desk. Perks are you get a drink card with 2 free drinks pre day from pool bar! We will definitely stay here again... "
