「All I can say about this amazing hotel is that it’s simply wonderful. I was deeply impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The castle was so big that I got lost several times, but the staff kindly helped me each time. Even though I didn’t have a restaurant reservation, they still provided breakfast and dinner without any issue, and I’m truly grateful for that. I would definitely love to stay here again on a special occasion.」

「Hotel currently going through refurbishment in different areas. Got an excellent deal with B&B so needed hotel for Sat night in area so grabbed. Stated a Club room which was small but cozy. New refurbed but can see has been done cheaply. Existing damaged ensuite door, old bath with new panels just fitted.. if your gonna refurb, do it properly as looks poor. Pool OK but tub was like a washing machine, needed some de-foamer.. Breakfast was OK, box standard. 1 issue we had was disrespect of...

「チェスター市内で宿泊先を探したのですが、好さげなところは全て一杯だったため、隣り町に在るこのマナハウスを予約しました。料金が低廉だったので、メンテが充分に出来ていないのではないかと心配だったのですが、嬉しい外れでした。設備も庭園も充分に整備されています。浴室の化粧鏡は、風呂やシャワーを使っても曇らないよう、電熱入りだったのには感心しました。レセプショニストの女性も親切でした。強いてケチをつけるなら、夕食のテーブルが、混んでもいないのに、食堂入口脇だった事くらいです。然し、この宿泊料で、これだけのところは、滅多に無いでしょう。」

「Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

「No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...

「可愛らしい部屋で、必要なものは揃っています。ですが、ポットについては何ヶ月洗っていないのだろう？というくらい抵抗がある汚れ方をしていましたので使いませんでした。ポットを使う予定がある方はご注意ください。 立地は大聖堂も近く、観光にも便利ですが、駅からスーツケースを引いての徒歩移動は無謀です。タクシーの使用をお勧めします。」

「Excellent breakfast. Great location for local attractions. Every single one of the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Treats for the kids on arrival which was a bonus. Nice little pool which we all enjoyed using. 」

「This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.」

「Loved the room and leisure facilities. Room and bed were very comfortable. Restaurant on Wednesday 22nd April was a comedy of errors. Young lady checking people in was a bit out of her depth. Seemed rushed and really needed help. Waited over 30 minutes to take our food order. When the food came it was very good. Think management need to help this poor girl with more staff in the evening. Breakfast was tasty, but at over £200 per night B&B, expected waiter service and not a buffet.」
