「The check-in process was easy, with clear directions. The location was central to everything I wanted to do and more. This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by. I would say this place is comparable to a Jr suit in a hotel, but with more privacy. I enjoyed spending my birthday/mother's day here!」

「Let me start by saying I live out in the country in Colorado. I'm not used to all the people and all the noise. Hearing the ocean from the room was a beautiful thing, but I did not enjoy the rest of it. The weather was very warm and the condo could have used air conditioning. Fans just didn't get it. I got to spend my time with my daughter and granddaughter which made it all worthwhile.」

「Host was awesome and helpful! The property is very tight. To pull the sofa beds out you lose all walking space and cannot enter the kitchen. There is not enough room to store the couch cushions while the sofa beds are in use making even less space. There was a water leak the first day in the bathroom coming from the ceiling which we thought was condensation then seemed to stop until the last night. Then water was running down the wall soaking all of our belongings that were on the shelf. The...

「The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again! 」

「You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment...
