「Parking instructions were ambiguous and not helpful and I emailed about it twice and got form slip replies that were equally unhelpful. They did not email back in timely manner. It is not steps from the beach, you cannot see the beach from our room. The bed was comfy. 」

「Great location easy to walk everywhere the room is very clean」

「Terrific, walkable location with nearby restaurants. Quiet, safe area. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Inexpensive compared to other rentals in the area. Comfortable for 2-3 people who don't mind sharing a small bathroom.」

「EXCELLENT!!! Easy check in, fantastic communication with host and rental manager.Beautiful condo with all the amenities (beach chairs, kitchen tools etc)Very cleanOn the beachClose to Walmart Publix etc Thanks for the amazing stay, will definitely be back.」

「Host was great , very close to the beach . He was very accommodating and helpful . Will stay agian !」

「I wanted to share my thoughts on the property. The location is right on the water, and the property has very good, resort-like facilities. My only concern is that the condo itself was a little bit old and not updated, but everything else is really good for this price. Best regards,」

「The lights didn’t work in half the room, the balcony door was locked and i wasnt able to access it. And the jets in the bathtub didnt work, the control pannel had no features.」

「It was great!!」

「As soon as I opened the door my daughter and I were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and an oval chemical smell. The chemical smell burned our throats, you could literally taste it. Then if that wasn’t enough, the long black hairs on the bed sheets. The bathtub looked like a contractor washed out a drum of cement in the tub. There was cement all over the inside of the tub. Called the number in my email numerous times with every time getting a word recording with no way to leave a message....

「I like how the location was close by to all the places I needed to go . It was clean and quiet also. Will be back」
