It was a great jumping off point for South Beach. Right off Espanola Way. Staff was helpful. Would stay there again.

I would give zero stars if possible. Our stay at Park Central South Beach was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. From the moment we entered the room, we were hit with a strong odor that smelled like must and urine. It was obvious that something was wrong, and it made the room unpleasant throughout our stay. To make matters worse, there were leaks coming from the ceiling, raising even more concerns about the condition and maintenance of the property. The common areas were no better. The air conditioning in the hallways and lobby either wasn't working or was completely inadequate. Walking through the hotel felt hot and uncomfortable, which only added to the overall poor experience. The complimentary continental breakfast was another major disappointment. In our opinion, the food was of very poor quality and simply did not taste good. It certainly did not meet the standard we expected from a hotel of this caliber. Customer service was equally disappointing. We asked about the possibility of a late checkout, and no one informed us there would be an additional fee. Had we been told upfront, we would have simply made arrangements to check out by the standard checkout time. Instead, we were surprised with an unexpected charge. The worst part of the experience was dealing with the daytime manager, Eric. Rather than listening to our concerns or attempting to resolve the situation, he was rude,
