"Ok for a short stay. Bed linen didn’t fit the bed and not particularly comfortable. Room was clean. There were a selection of toiletries if needed, tea/coffee and biscuits in room. Good location."

"We had 4 double rooms with sea view.The bar isn't open at anytime.The quality of the hotel is that it's needs renovating. The rooms are what you would expect at a hostel however that said the staff were nice and it's a shame the hotel is not of a good quality but you get what you pay for. Would we stay here again....No."

"Great location for the theatre. Bonus that the hotel has a lift. Very basic room. I had a single which had a 50" TV in it ! Poor quality bedding. Pillows were VERY thin and uncomfortable. No pillow protectors on them.Very reasonably priced breakfast. Quiet."

"I had a single room with balcony, was clean and big enough for 1 person. Breakfast was great, buffet style and I managed to get a table next to the window every morning. I was on the 6th floor so the view from my balcony was great."

"My husband and I were on the way to Brighton and we decided to spend the night in Eastbourne. I have to say, this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The staff were absolutely wonderful, and I can’t remember the name of the chap who was on the desk when we arrived, but he was so welcoming and so funny we really felt at ease. The room was massive and the shower facilities were amazing. The water pressure and hot water fell almost luxurious.. I always worry a little bit about hotel beds and how comfortable they will be. This was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We had an excellent night sleep. The breakfast in the morning was great really tasty and the dining room staff were really nice and friendly as well. Parking was a little bit of an issue because the parking lot was full. We managed to squeeze into a space and the guy in the front desk offered to move our car if it needed to be moved so it wasn’t really an issue but just in case it’s busy, you might want to get there early to secure a space. The Location was also really good. It’s opposite the art gallery and cinema and there is a wonderful Italian restaurant down the road from the hotel there is another strong recommendation. If we ever go back to Eastbourne, we will most definitely go back to this hotel."

"The hotel looks nice as you enter, and location is beautiful with a sea front view, but overall, not well kept. Door latches and toilet holders falling off, stains on the walls, dirty carpeting. King size bed was comfortable, but the room was drabby and unpleasant. I wouldn't stay here, again."
