Location is excellent, we had a sea facing room, staff are excellent too. The bed was comfortable. The TV was annoying, streaming services only, we just wanted the news! Breakfast is good but could do with a little more choice. Massage was great, very relaxing!

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス
The hotel’s location was excellent, right in the town centre and next to the sea. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good, with a great choice of both hot and continental options. The room was spacious and a good size, but unfortunately, it was not well maintained. It looked like the room had not been decorated or properly maintained for quite some time and would definitely benefit from some refurbishment. The bathroom was one of the highlights, as it was spacious and had both a bathtub and a shower, giving you the option of either. Although the hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel, based on my experience, I would rate it closer to 3 stars. The excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast and spacious bathroom were all positives, but the overall condition and maintenance of the room let the hotel down.

Great location, excellent staff. My room had a wonderful sea view. There was a relatively new carpet and a really comfortable bed, but there were a few cracks in the bathroom sink that needed repair and the paintwork was a bit tired. It didn’t take away from a relaxing stay and would definitely consider it again.

Lovely building and great location. Staff very helpful. Not sure it deserves five star rating though. Nothing wrong with the hotel per se, just not five star standard. Was disappointed that the bath/shower had no detachable shower head as this was one of the reasons we chose it based on the photos on Expedia. Not fond of ‘rainfall’ showers, photos showed both types to be present which was not the case.

Whilst I would not call it a five star hotel. It is an excellent location and place to stay. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The place is clean. The food is great. The sea view from the room was excellent. The cigar lounge is an excellent spot. Breakfast is served hot with a few choices and made to your liking. We highly recommend this hotel
